About the Team

The DLP team (formerly Trail Security, acquired by Cyera in 2024) operates like a startup within Cyera, leading the development of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) within Cyera’s Unified Data Security Platform. Our mission is to help enterprises detect, prevent, and respond to data loss risks in modern cloud environments by leveraging AI-driven automation, policy-based enforcement, and real-time security analytics.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager - DLP, you will define the vision, roadmap, and execution of Cyera’s DLP solutions, working closely with engineering, AI/ML teams, and security experts. You’ll drive policy-based data protection, anomaly detection, and security automation, ensuring our customers can prevent data breaches, exfiltration, and compliance violations.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the DLP roadmap, prioritizing features to prevent data loss across cloud, SaaS, and hybrid environments.
• Work closely with engineering and AI teams to develop automated policy enforcement, anomaly detection, and real-time monitoring.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to align DLP with regulatory requirements (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
• Drive go-to-market efforts, ensuring sales enablement, adoption, and customer success.
• Stay ahead of DLP and cybersecurity trends, refining solutions to address evolving threats.

You bring expertise in at least one of the following areas (not necessarily all):

• DLP & Data Security – Experience with Data Loss Prevention, encryption, or policy enforcement.
• Cloud Security & Compliance – Knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP security models and compliance frameworks.
• AI/ML for Threat Detection – Background in automated anomaly detection and behavioral analytics.
• Security Integrations & APIs – Experience with CASB, SIEM, SOAR, or IAM security solutions.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with zero-trust security, insider threat detection, or UEBA.
• Strong technical intuition, working closely with engineers and security teams.
