Job Description - Senior Product Marketing Manager

CreativeX is building the system of creative control for an AI-first marketing world. As AI rewrites how content is made, evaluated, and distributed, marketers need a foundation they can trust and a way to bring consistency, intelligence, and governance to creative at scale. For over a decade, we’ve powered smarter creative decisions for the world’s biggest brands, shipped category-defining products, and proven that creative is the single biggest driver of marketing performance (when most folks didn't quite believe us). The industry has come around, but there’s one gap: our product is exceptional, but our product story doesn’t yet match its magic.


We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who wants to fix that. Someone who loves the chase for clarity, knows how to shape a commercial narrative, and can turn a complex technical product into an “ohhhh… now I get it!” moment for the world’s smartest marketers.


You’ll sit at the center of product, marketing, and revenue. You’ll influence what we build, how we talk about it, how the market understands us, and how our teams sell. If you’re excited about helping define a new category from the inside, you’ll thrive here.


What You'll Do 




  • Own the CreativeX product GTM story: You’ll craft the commercial narrative that anchors our sales motion and positions our products clearly, while partnering closely with Brand Marketing to ensure product and brand ladder to the same north star.



  • Turn product truth into commercial clarity: You’ll build positioning and messaging frameworks that sharpen our value to the buyers who need it.


  • Lead product launches that feel like moments: You’ll own the product narrative, hooks, positioning, and GTM orchestration. 




  • Become the voice of the customer internally: You’ll understand how marketers think, buy, worry, and justify decisions, and infuse those insights into product decisions and GTM plans.




  • Arm Sales with the tools that help them win: Decks that persuade. Stories that stick. Proof that opens doors. You’ll give the revenue team what they need to win.




  • See around corners: You’ll use market, competitive, and persona intelligence to influence our roadmap and keep us two steps ahead.




  • Connect every team to one product story: You’ll unify Product, Revenue, CS, and Marketing around a shared product narrative that makes our brand and company vision real.

  • A storyteller at heart: You love taking a dense idea and cutting straight to the insight. You know when to be punchy, when to be precise, and when to be provocative.




  • Someone who thrives in the “figure it out” phase: You like ambiguity, momentum, building as you go, and feeling close to the work that moves the business.




  • A product marketer who loves the commercial side: You care deeply about turning narrative into revenue, not just messaging into documents.




  • Comfortable in rooms full of senior marketers: You can talk creative effectiveness, marketing measurement, and enterprise buying behavior without breaking a sweat.




  • A launch operator: You know how to make launches tight, repeatable, and impactful, not chaotic or last-minute.




  • Curious, resourceful, and allergic to generic B2B fluff & jargon: You bring taste, energy, and an opinion about what good looks like, leaving the "synergies" at the door. .




  • You act like an owner: You want the chance to shape a category, influence a product, and make a visible mark on how a compnay grows.
