We’re looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to strengthen the Product and Engineering organization at monday.com. You will join the Product Operations team and play a key role in building scalable processes, driving operational excellence, and enabling data-driven product decisions. Reporting to the Head of Product & Engineering Operations, you’ll act as a connector between Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams — ensuring that strategy, execution, and customer impact stay tightly aligned.

Orchestrate Product Planning – lead annual and quarterly product planning cycles, ensuring alignment between company objectives, product strategy, and roadmap prioritization.
Drive the Voice of Customer Program- partner with CRO and CCO teams to translate customer insights into actionable product decisions.
Measure What Matters- define and track key metrics to assess product impact and execution effectiveness (“Did we build the right things?”).
Optimize Product Operations- streamline workflows, improve cross-functional communication, and implement best practices for operational efficiency.
Data & Insights- turn qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights to inform product strategy and prioritization.
Manage Product Tooling & Knowledge- own the product management tech stack, templates, and documentation to ensure consistent and effective use.
Continuous Improvement- identify and execute opportunities to simplify, standardize, and elevate how we build and deliver products.

7+ years of experience in Product Operations at large scale, Product Management, or a related role in a scaling organization- a must.
Proven track record of process design, implementation, and optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to turn data into decisions.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
