Senior Product Technical Manager

About the role

DriveNets is looking for a Senior Product Technical Manager to join our product organization and play a key role in defining, shaping, and delivering next-generation networking solutions.

The role requires deep technical expertise combined with strong product thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive technical product requirements for complex, large-scale networking systems
• Translate customer needs, market requirements, and business goals into clear technical specifications and product capabilities
• Work closely with R&D, system architects, and engineering teams throughout the full product lifecycle — from concept and design to delivery and post-release support
• Lead technical discussions with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, serving as a key technical authority for the product
• Define system-level architecture and contribute to design decisions in a distributed, cloud-native, scale-out environment
• Support pre-sales, solution design, and customer deployments by providing deep technical guidance and product expertise
• Continuously analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to influence product roadmap and strategy
• Ensure product quality, scalability, performance, and reliability meet the highest standards

• 7+ years of experience in technical product management, systems engineering, or similar roles in networking, telecom, or infrastructure domains
• Hands-on technical experience with large-scale, distributed systems and high-performance architectures
• Proven ability to define complex technical requirements and drive them through execution with engineering teams
• Experience working directly with customers on technical design, troubleshooting, and solution definition
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical
