  • Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Program Management to address production constraints, nonconformances, and customer-impacting issues.

  • Support launch readiness for new programs, engineering changes, and process transitions into production.

  • Act as a key liaison between production teams and leadership to ensure alignment on priorities, risks, and recovery plans.

  • Provide clear, timely communication of operational status, risks, and mitigation strategies to leadership stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence Leadership

  • Lead Lean Manufacturing, 6S, and standard work initiatives across production areas.

  • Identify bottlenecks and drive cross-functional corrective actions to resolve systemic issues.

  • Improve throughput, quality, cost, delivery, and safety performance.

  • Use operational metrics and data to guide decisions and prioritize improvements.

  • Lead root cause analysis and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.

  • Promote accountability, operational discipline, and continuous improvement across teams.

Quality, Compliance & Inventory Control

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, environmental requirements, and aerospace quality standards, including AS9100.

  • Oversee adherence to manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and controlled documentation requirements.

  • Partner with Quality to lead investigations into nonconformances, escape events, and audit findings, ensuring timely closure and systemic correction.

  • Support inventory accuracy through oversight of cycle counts, material reconciliation, transaction integrity, and discrepancy resolution.

  • Ensure production areas maintain audit readiness for internal, customer, and regulatory audits.

  • Reinforce safe work practices and ensure consistent compliance with safety protocols across all shifts and teams.

Leadership Development & Organizational Capability

  • Develop, mentor, and support frontline supervisors and production leads to strengthen leadership pipeline and operational capability.

  • Lead performance management activities including coaching, feedback, development planning, and corrective action when necessary.

  • Support training strategy execution, cross-training programs, and workforce skill development initiatives.

  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on engagement, accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

  • Drive consistency in leadership practices across production shifts and teams.
