Senior Production Team Leader (3rd Shift)\n\nPrinceton, NJ\n\nAs the Senior Production Team Leader, you will lead all shift operations, ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, and company policies. The role requires a deep understanding of equipment and processes to quickly identify issues, reduce downtime, and keep workflows organized and on track. You\u2019ll oversee LOTOTO (Lockout, Tagout, and Tryout) procedures, verify cleaning and documentation accuracy, and even step in as an operator when needed to maintain continuity. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant\u2019s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $35-$40.\n\nIn addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
