Job Description - Senior Professional , Media Strategy

Position Summary

Samsung Ads is looking for a Content Strategy lead to build, scale, and own the growth content engine that fuels demand generation, acquisition, lifecycle, and brand authority across the full funnel. This person will set the strategic vision for content, develop a high-impact editorial function, and deliver the narratives and assets that drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.

You will partner closely with Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation to ensure content is aligned, effective, and deeply integrated into our broader go-to-market motion.

Role and Responsibilities

What You’ll Own

Content Strategy & Editorial Leadership

● Develop and own the growth content strategy, editorial vision, and long-term roadmap across all audience segments and funnel stages.

● Build and manage a unified editorial calendar that aligns with product launches, campaigns, and sales priorities.

● Ensure consistent storytelling, messaging, and brand voice across all content touchpoints.

Content Development & Production

● Lead creation of long-form content such as blogs, industry POVs, guides, ebooks, and whitepapers.

● Oversee short-form assets including emails, social content, paid media ads, product videos, and executive-level narratives.

● Drive high-impact conversion content (landing pages, case studies, customer stories, product explainers) to support acquisition and sales enablement.

Messaging & Positioning

● Develop and maintain the core messaging framework, value propositions, and content pillars for Samsung Ads’ products and solutions.

● Translate complex concepts into clear, compelling, customer-centric narratives.

Distribution, SEO, and Performance

● Partner with Demand Generation to develop a content distribution strategy using email, social, web, paid media, and partner channels to maximize reach and engagement.

● Lead SEO/AIO strategy to ensure content discoverability and performance across organic channels.

● Partner with Analytics to measure content effectiveness and optimize for conversion, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership

● Partner with Brand Marketing on storytelling, creative alignment, and campaign amplification.

● Work with Product Marketing to translate insights, product updates, and market positioning into strategic content themes.

● Collaborate with Demand Generation to support multi-channel campaigns, nurture programs, and acquisition workflows.

● Align closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure content addresses real customer challenges and accelerates deal cycles.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, editorial leadership, or growth marketing—preferably in B2B, adtech, martech, or enterprise SaaS.

  • A proven track record building and scaling content engines that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact.

  • Expertise in long-form, short-form, and conversion-oriented content development.

  • Strong understanding of SEO/AIO, content distribution channels, and data-driven optimization.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities and the ability to simplify complex technical topics.

  • Experience collaborating across marketing, sales, and product organizations.

  • Leadership skills to manage agencies, freelancers, or an internal content team.

Salary Range Pay Transparency: Compensation for this role, for candidates based in New York, NY is expected to be between Base range: $200,000 ~ $240,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
