- Support development of materials and communication pathways for clients, alumni relations offices, and career centers.

- Collect and summarize client and student feedback.

Student Services & Academic Support (20%)

- Serve as the primary contact for MBCS students and provide administrative support for the program.

- Advise on degree requirements, academic policies, timelines, and requirements. Maintain student records.

- Hold office hours and represent students in support meetings.

Program Administration & Student Engagement (20%)

- Liaise across NSOE, Fuqua, faculty, and leadership.

- Maintain shared resources, notes, and documentation.

- Co‑lead program logistics, including onboarding, orientation, student events, and graduation.

- Support SACS reporting, evaluation, and data needs.

Communications & Outreach (15%)

- Draft and distribute program communications across multiple platforms.

- Collaborate with marketing to highlight practicum projects and student experience.

- Support recruitment, application review, and admitted student programming.

General Administration (10%)

- Process financial transactions and support budget tracking.

- Represent MBCS on committees and initiatives, and in meetings.

- May supervise staff or student employees.

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

- Three years of experience in program administration or related work.

- OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience supporting graduate or professional programs, and faculty.

- Event planning experience.

- Familiarity with Duke systems (DukeHub, Concur, Canvas, Qualtrics).

- Experience with evaluation, assessment, or data analysis.

- Budget management experience.

- Interest or background in sustainability or climate-focused fields.

- Ability to work occasional early morning, evening, and weekend work to support events.

Choose Duke.

At Duke, you won’t just join a university — you’ll join a mission‑driven community where your work directly elevates student success, strengthens program excellence, and shapes the next generation of climate‑focused business leaders.

You’ll partner with world‑class faculty, engage with industry clients, and support a program designed to create real‑world impact. Duke is a place where bold ideas are encouraged, innovation is expected, and your contributions are truly seen.

Here, you’ll have the platform, the people, and the purpose to grow your career while helping students launch theirs. When you choose Duke, you choose a place that invests in you as much as you invest in the work.
