Location:  Pocatello, ID or Idaho Falls, ID office

While applying managerial and engineering knowledge and skills, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

• Provide leadership and strategy for business development and project and program management.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams in the planning, design, and construction of a wide variety of municipal and industrial infrastructure projects. Project examples sewer pipelines, pump stations, treatment systems, wells, storage tanks, and streets.
• Develop business by building relationships with clients and preparing proposals. 
• Prepare scopes of work, contracts, and design budgets for projects.
• Collaborate with clients, operators, regulatory agencies, funding agencies, contractors on project requirements and deliverables.
• Lead, mentor, and manage junior staff such as PEs, EIs, interns, designers, and drafters

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering; master’s degree desired but not required. 
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure.
• 20+ years of civil engineering experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desirable but not required

Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000 annually/determined by experience.
