is seeking a

Senior Program Manager

(Level L) to lead our Aerostructures and Component Repair & Overhaul Programs. In this role, the focus will be on the overall business and Profit/Loss (P&L) responsibility for Boeing’s portfolio of nacelles, flight controls, and related aerodynamic structural service offerings as well as our Component Repair & Overhaul business. The selected candidate will drive operational financial improvements, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and future growth strategy in

Plano, TX.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options in Plano, TX.
Position Responsibilities
Business and P&L leader for the Aerostructures category: exchange, repair, lease, and sales
Lead the Integrated Product Team (IPT) that includes direct reports and team members across Sales, Marketing, Finance,Operations, Contracts, Supplier Management
Responsible for overall program: customer satisfaction, profitability, program execution, supplier performance, and growthAccountable to Business Unit leadership, engage regularly with key functional executive leadership.
Responsible for selective growth and driving profitability for the Aerostructures portfolio of services.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications

):
5+ years’ experience in a role requiring project / program management skills
3+ years’ experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role
3+ years’ experience P&L (Profit & Loss) leadership
Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams

):
Experience in commercial aftermarket aviation services strongly preferred
Operational and supply chain acumen
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
