Senior Program Manager, Central Ops Capacity Planning

Amazon is looking for a Senior Program Manager to join the Amazon Logistics (AMZL) North America Central Operations Team. The role requires at least 5 years of program or project management experience, with a focus on using data and metrics to drive improvements. The Senior Program Manager will play a key role in launching new initiatives and programs for AMZL, particularly in improving last -mile processes to handle increasing volume and complexity while supporting Delivery Service Provider (DSP) partners and delivery drivers. Responsibilities include creating and presenting a strategic roadmap, analyzing root causes, and driving actions based on data. Candidates with experience in driving process improvements and a master's degree or MBA in related fields are preferred.
