About the Program Management Team

The Program Management team supports Product and Supply Chain business, providing the leadership to teams that deliver on strategic initiatives by finding solutions to problems...even ones that might have been thought to have been impossible. Because that's how progress happens! The team is looking for an energized, self-starter to model the culture we will be building in our new Atlanta hub.

Responsibilities

Lead the most critical and complex projects within the Product and Supply Chain team.

Expert at managing project teams, developing project plans, managing plans, metrics, and budget.
Lead the team through execution and innovate to deliver value to our customers.
Report directly to Framingham PMO to extend the team's reach into our new Atlanta based Center of Excellence
Interface with individual contributor to c-suite stakeholders

Transition, then lead, the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) program.

Oversee the implementation of ESG strategies and programs which ensure the company complies with applicable regulations and standards, reduce and manage ESG risks and environmental impacts, and comply with the letter and spirit of regulations and standards.
Responsible for senior stakeholder engagement within and outside the business, report writing, project monitoring, and managing policies and issues directly related to rankings (or ratings) that impact the ESG strategy of the organization.
Support Management in driving the education, communication, training, and implementation of the ESG program across the company.

Lead the transition of the Supply Chain Risk and resiliency program, the tools and reports which provide visibility to ongoing global risks to our supply chain.

Transition leadership from corporate to Atlanta and oversee the program
Manage escalations such as activating a war room as needed to manage immediate supply chain threats

Requirements

Minimum 2-5 years of program management experience.
Understanding of ESG programs with emphasis on environmental/climate is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field. MS in a technical field or MBA is helpful.
Experience building and managing teams.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Project management experience with IT systems and supply chain processes.
Strong organizational awareness & understanding.
Effective relationship management, conflict resolution and strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Experience with MS Project, Smart Sheet, MS Excel, Windchill, and SAP are preferred.
