Summary:

Analyze, design, develop, implement, and maintain software applications and systems to meet the organization's needs. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Analyze user requirements and translate them into software solutions.
Design, develop, test, and implement software applications and systems to meet business requirements - including reports, workflows, data models, user interfaces, and automation rules - using MS SQL, MS Reporting Services (SSRS), Visual Studio, Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps.
Integrate and maintain CRM system with other cloud-based and on-premises applications, such as ERP systems, marketing automation platforms, and customer support tools.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers on best practices, coding standards, and software design principles.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and CRM platform updates to continuously improve CRM solutions and drive innovation within the organization.
Assists end users in problem solving and error corrections.
Troubleshoot and debug software applications to identify and resolve issues.
Create, maintain and follow process and system documentation. May be required to train others on documentation, as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

No formal supervisory responsibilities; however, incumbent may be required to train/mentor more junior staff members.

Requirements

Required Education/ Experience:

The International Foundation will always consider candidates with an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technologies (or related field) is required.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a software developer AND three (3) years of experience in the design and development of database management systems is required.
Sound programming skills using .NET, C#, Restful and other Web Services, JavaScript and MS SQL Programming/query tuning.
Skilled in Report Development using MS Reporting Services (SSRS), DAX, Power Query / M, and MS SQL Programming.
Application development using: Power Automate, Power Apps, and Visual Studio.
Experience in analyzing, designing and redesigning business processes is required.
Experience with CRM systems administration, configuration, and customization, preferably with cloud-based CRM platforms.
Experience with Dataverse SDKs and Object-Oriented programming is preferred, but not required.
Experience with CRM integration technologies and APIs, using REST, SOAP, and OAuth is a plus.
Minimum Qualifications/Skills:

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work independently with strong time management and prioritization skills.
The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-centric environment.
Ability to work directly with diverse business groups to establish requirements.

Travel Requirements:

This position may intermittently require that the individual travel for work; but only up to 10% of the time.

Hybrid Work Environment:

This position is expected to work from our corporate headquarters office in Brookfield, WI. This is an environment with typical office conditions, including lighting, noise, seating and equipment.

New hires are expected to be fully onsite during the training period. Then, once fully trained, the Foundation operates on a 60/40 Hybrid schedule; with 60% being onsite at our headquarters in Brookfield (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays); and up-to 40% being optionally remote (Mondays and Fridays) and as business needs allow.

COMP:

The annual salary range for this role starts at $75,000
