Senior Project Coordinator - Pharma Capital CQV Program

Keep a multi-year greenfield pharmaceutical program in Carolina, Puerto Rico on schedule. You will be the coordination hub across CQV workstreams: schedules, resources, action items and progress reporting.

What you'll do

• Maintain schedules and execution priorities across CQV workstreams.
• Coordinate resources, track actions and report progress.
• Run coordination meetings and stakeholder communication.

• 10+ years of project coordination, ideally on pharmaceutical capital or CQV programs.
• Scheduling (MS Project or Primavera), action tracking and reporting.
• Highly organized and proactive; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business or related.

• Contract: 60 months (multi-year program), with possible extension
• Shift: Administrative, Monday–Friday, on-site 5 days/week
• Start: January 4, 2027
