• Lead the design process for complex projects, including concept development, design development, and final execution
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and vision for the project
• Manage and mentor design teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work
• Develop and present design proposals, including sketches, renderings, and detailed drawings
• Ensure all design work complies with industry standards, project guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity and quality
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies
• Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
• Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support throughout the project lifecycle

Salary Range:

$85,000 - $90,000
