Assistant Project Manager – Owner Rep Construction

National 4Billion private aviation company with locations across multiple states is in the process of developing a 100M project in Newport Beach. The company is searching for an individual with strong 3rd party commercial construction experience to oversee the construction companies that are building the project. The position is on site at the John Wayne airport. This would be an opportunity to move over to the client side.

Experience:
3+yrs. Commercial construction experience, prefer a large 3rd party GC
BS Construction or Civil Engineering degree
Must be based in LA or Orange County- no travel
Experienced in RFI’s, Submittals, Change orders
Excellent communication skills

Compensation:
100K-125K base salary, annual bonus, 401K, medical
