Senior Project Engineer

BKF Engineers is a leading civil engineering consulting firm that specializes in providing innovative solutions for complex engineering projects. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Project Engineer at BKF Engineers, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects, including transportation infrastructure, land development, and water resources.
Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and oversee the design and construction of civil engineering projects from initiation to completion.
Lead a team of engineers, designers, and technicians to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor the progress and quality of construction projects.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
Prepare and review engineering reports, feasibility studies, and cost estimates for proposed projects.
Evaluate and select appropriate materials and construction methods for each project.
Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering civil engineering projects.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering design software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Valid driver's license.
