Senior Project Engineer - Leading Industry Pay

THE JOB
As a Senior Project Engineer your roles and responsibilities will include:

• Develop project scopes, specifications, schedules, and investment grade cost estimates for multi-discipline industrial manufacturing capital projects worldwide with value up to $10M.
• Provide project management and oversight for all aspects and phases for multiple project assignments concurrently and driving projects to completion.
• Perform and/or review detailed engineering in one or more disciplines and coordinate client comments and resolve design issues with engineering firms and contractors.
• Design and specify safe equipment and processes, ensure ergonomics are considered in all areas of design, and that potential safety and health hazards are identified and eliminated during project execution. Ensure that all safety policies and procedures are followed, driving a zero-incident project environment.
• Design and specify environmentally compliant equipment and processes, ensure that all permit requirements are considered and addressed in the design, and that potential environmental issues are identified and addressed during project execution.
• Mentor lower-level engineers.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Senior Project Engineer who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Senior Project Engineer would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:

• 10 or more years of engineering experience in an industrial or manufacturing industry
• 5 years of project management (managing projects up to $10M)
• Ability to travel up to 50% (domestic and international)
