Senior Project Engineer - Transmission/Substation

Provide technical leadership and support for overhead transmission design projects (69kV-500kV).
Mentor, coach, and develop team members.
Serve as primary technical contact for clients.
Implement quality control processes and support proposal development.
Coordinate project requirements and schedules across disciplines.
Identify and communicate technical risks.
Oversee production work to meet deliverable milestones.
Develop processes and tools to increase team efficiency.
Create and facilitate training courses for project teams.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Lead project teams effectively.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in scheduling and budgeting.
Proficiency with PLS-CADD and PLS-POLE.
Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
7 years' related transmission line design experience.
Professional engineering license (PE) required.
Consulting or utility experience preferred.
