**Senior Construction Project Manager**

As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be a key driver of success in construction projects, overseeing all aspects from planning to execution. Your role involves strategic decision-making, effective leadership, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure project completion within budget and schedule constraints.

**Responsibilities:**

**Project Leadership:**

Lead and manage a multidisciplinary project team, providing guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met.
Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and addressing any deviations promptly.
Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability within the project team, encouraging open communication and problem-solving.

**Estimation and Budgeting:**

Utilize your expertise to provide accurate project cost estimates, considering all relevant factors and potential risks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions.
Monitor project expenses closely, implementing strategies to optimize costs and ensure profitability.

**Contract Management:**

Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and other third-party vendors, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with project requirements.
Review and evaluate contract documents, identifying any discrepancies or areas of concern and taking appropriate corrective action.
Serve as the primary point of contact for contractual matters, resolving disputes and facilitating timely resolution of issues.

**Client Relationship Management:**

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and solicit feedback on performance.
Proactively identify opportunities for additional services or project expansions, driving business growth and client satisfaction.

**Risk Management and Compliance:**

Identify potential risks and challenges associated with project execution, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards, maintaining a safe and legally compliant work environment.
Conduct regular project inspections and audits to assess compliance with quality and safety requirements.

**Requirements:**

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Extensive experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of hospitality/restaurant and/or Design/Build commercial projects.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
Detail-oriented mindset, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
