Job Description - Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager
(Seattle, WA)

Who We Are: Redwood Housing, an impact developer that is focused on raising the standard of living for low- and moderate-income Americans, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager. This individual must be able to function effectively in a dynamic environment with significant autonomy and be enthusiastic about joining a rapidly growing, mission-driven company.

Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of project development, including due diligence, modeling, financing, scheduling, logistics, cost management and construction.
Direct internal due diligence for new development opportunities; responsible for document control procedures for project related documents.
Manage fully integrated project models, inclusive of detailed sources & uses and cash flow analysis.
Prepare scopes, budgets, schedules, deal memorandum, financial forecasts and strategic plans.
Lead all aspects of third-party due diligence; oversee deliverables and keep projects on track.
Research and recommend optimal financing sources; compile detailed financing applications for various funding programs including tax exempt bonds and low-income housing tax credits.
Manage consultant team, including architects, engineers and designers.
Collaborate with asset management and property management on various activities, including community outreach.
Assist with obtaining building permits, oversee draws, ensure sources & uses remain in balance and coordinate with construction teams.
Manage special projects from inception through completion.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree; preferably a concentration in real estate, finance, business or public policy.
5+ years of experience in all aspects of multifamily housing development and finance.
Excellent judgment, attention to detail, intuitive interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
Strong project management, analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Complex thinker demonstrating vibrant intellectual curiosity.
Outstanding time management and organizational skills – ability to multi-task, prioritize work, manage multiple deadlines and track deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
High energy team player that is a self-starter that can work proactively with limited supervision.
Effective presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong ethics and integrity.
