Senior Project Manager, Construction

We are looking for a full-time Senior Project Manager. This position is an integral project management team member and is responsible for strategically leading construction projects from concept to completion.

Our Senior Project Managers are responsible for multiple projects at any given time. This candidate must plan, develop and coordinate all office related construction activities to support the on-site field team during the lifecycle of the project. These responsibilities include estimating, start-up, scheduling, inspection, quality control and total delivery of the project according to the established criteria. Our project managers identify potential risks and develop strategies to ensure project success. This individual is experienced with design-build, hard-bid, and negotiated projects from $500K to $25M, and will communicate project expectations effectively to ensure successful project execution.

Skills & Qualifications include:

•  Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university (preferred but not required); and a minimum of ten years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Timberline and Procore.


• Valid Driver’s License.


• Ability to travel when required
