Are you an experienced accounting professional with a passion for real estate? Join our growing real estate investment and management company, where you'll play a key role in driving financial performance across a diverse portfolio of commercial and multifamily properties in Northeast Ohio.

📍 Location: Downtown Cleveland, OH (Company-paid parking included)

💼 Position: Sr. Property Accounting Manager

💰 Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 + competitive benefits

What You’ll Do:

✅ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

✅ Develop/manage property-level budgets and forecasts

✅ Oversee AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and tenant/vendor invoicing

✅ Lead payroll and ensure compliance with financial policies

✅ Use tools like Yardi, MRI, or RealPage (a plus!)

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred


• 5 - 10 years of real estate property management accounting experience.


• Experience in real estate/property management accounting


• Detail-oriented, organized, and a strong communicator


• Proficiency with property management systems (Yardi/MRI/RealPage preferred)
