Senior Property Management Broker

Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior Property Management Broker to join our growing team! In this role, you will oversee all long-term rental agreements and manage property operations for a luxury vacation rental company. Your responsibilities will include reviewing monthly trust balances, signing checks to pay clients, and acting as the Broker of Record for our vacation rental properties. Key Responsibilities:

• Trust Account Oversight: Review monthly trust account balances and sign checks to pay clients accurately and on time.
• Client Agreements: Review and sign all long-term rental management agreements with clients to ensure compliance and clarity.
• Broker of Record: Serve as the broker of record for California real estate agents and vacation rental operations, maintaining regulatory and professional standards.
• Operational Focus: While we manage rentals exclusively, you will help establish and enforce best practices in property management.
• Market Expansion: Take on additional responsibilities with the potential to transition into a full-time Market Manager role.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a California/Nevada Real Estate Broker license.
• Proven experience in real estate, property management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with real estate contracts, leases, and California property management regulations.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to managing multiple responsibilities.
• Candidates based in or near South Lake Tahoe, California are strongly preferred.
