Job Responsibilities of Senior Proposal Manager
Coordinates various proposal layouts & productions in response to consultant and subconsultant RFQs/RFPs
Organizes and maintains project information, including key resumes and team information
Attends pre-submittal meetings as needed
Adheres to deadlines of selected proposals
Coordinates with various firms relating to project proposal
Gathers information from team members relating to project
Keeps open line of communication between consultant and subconsultant
Formulates project team in relation to the selected project
Manages all documentation requested in RFP/RFQ
Manages list of potential team members and coordinates meetings as necessary
Interview subject matter experts to draft responses for RFPs/RFQs
Coordinate all corporate marketing plans to ensure they properly reflect the company’s vision and mission
Conduct market studies, and develop product requirements for incorporation into company business planning
Define product and market requirements as part of the product planning process to ensure identification of appropriate market opportunities, unmet needs, competitive positioning, product pricing, etc.
Evaluate and provide ongoing feedback of current sales and market position
Organize participation in trade shows and conferences
Provide marketing/product tools and education (literature, white papers, ROI analysis, presentations, demos) to support the sales process
Work with partners to define joint solutions
Work with engineering and sales team(s) on product definition and requirements
Senior Proposal Manager Requirements:
Minimum 5-10 years of producing RFPs/RFQs/RFIs/SOQs in the Architecture/Engineering industry
Experience in a software development environment a plus – InDesign, Adobe Cloud+
Excellent presentation and “people skills” for establishing PR relationships and representing our client(s)
Proven track record of successfully attaining marketing goals (i.e. increased lead pool, increased visibility, etc.
This position is an
"In-Office"
position. This is "NOT" a remote position.
Qualifications for Senior Proposal Manager:
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
Ability to work with a dynamic marketing/proposal team
Ability to work under pressure to meet given deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $121,605.00 per year
