REQUIREMENT:
Senior QA Automation Engineer – LeapWork, Test Scripting & Quality Assurance Specialist
Annapolis, Maryland (Hybrid)---Locals Only
Need Overall 10+Years of experience
3 References from the recent projects are must.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in information management systems, or a related field
- Valid Leap Work Test Automation Certification received within the three (3) years prior
- Ten (10) years’ experience in all aspects of the Quality Assurance process, including requirements review, scenario design, script development, and QA tool test scripting.
- Eight (8) years of said experience across multiple IT environments, including cloud computing and on-premise solutions.
- Three (3) engagements with LeapWork test scripting within the previous thirty-six (36) months.
- Experience with tracking tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Experience with automated testing tools such as LeapWork, Selenium, Silk Test, Rational Functional Tester.
- Thoroughly document and troubleshoot errors.
- Interpret test cases for high-level and functional processes.
- Work effectively in a virtual team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of testing methodology and practices
- Knowledge of relevant operating systems and software development fundamentals
- Knowledge of SQL at a basic level
- Knowledge of web and desktop applications
- Knowledge of data-driven automation, reusability, and sub-flows
- Knowledge of locator control in automation
- Knowledge of schedules and run lists
- Knowledge of reports and dashboards
- Knowledge of performance troubleshooting
- Knowledge of system test life cycle, review process, and test case documentation
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Knowledge of process and gap analysis skills
Specific Skills:
- QA Automation: LeapWork (primary), Selenium, Silk Test, Rational Functional Tester
- Test Management: ServiceNow, defect tracking, reporting & dashboards
- Experience: 10+ years QA, 8+ years cloud/on-premise, 3+ LeapWork projects
- Test Design: Manual/automated test cases, data-driven automation, reusable sub-flows
- Other: Strong troubleshooting, Agile/Scrum/Waterfall, process & gap analysis
