We’re looking for an experienced Quality Inspector who’s passionate about precision and wants to play a key role in building the infrastructure of modern manufacturing. You’ll be hands-on in a dynamic, cross-functional environment helping us deliver quality at speed.
What You’ll Do:
Inspect composite parts, molds, and tooling—both for internal use and customer delivery
Document and report findings clearly for internal teams and external stakeholders
Support and improve our Quality Management System (AS9100-style)
Perform receiving inspections and verify incoming materials meet spec
Track and document non-conformances and coordinate rework and disposition
Input inspection data into our MES (Matrix) and help refine our digital tools
Collaborate with production, software, and engineering to raise quality and reduce defects
What We’re Looking For:

A sharp eye for detail and a high standard for precision and consistency
Hands-on experience with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
Comfortable reading engineering drawings and applying GD&T
Familiar with AS9100 or similar QMS standards
Able to clearly document and communicate quality issues
Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities
Preferred:
3+ years in quality/inspection in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Familiar with 3D surface scanning, Verisurf, or similar tools
Experience with MES, ERP, PLM, or QMS platforms (Matrix, Jira, NX, NetSuite, etc.)
Know how to handle First Article Inspections from start to finish
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing on the production floor, alongside lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
Hourly Range: $29 – $40 per hour. Final compensation is based on your experience, skills, and what you bring to the table.
