Senior Quality Supervisor

Your responsibilities will include: Provide leadership for departmental and cross-functional initiatives, offering direction, coaching and mentoring to engineering and technical team members. Establish daily work priorities and sequencing of activities in alignment with management direction and business objectives. Ensure the development and execution of streamlined mistake-proof business and production systems that effectively identify and resolve quality issues. Ensure activities and deliverables meet regulatory and corporate requirements. Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field. Minimum of 2 years' experience leading technical teams, or minimum of 5 years' experience as a technical individual contributor with a proven track record of successful project completion. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, minimum of 15 years' progressive engineering experience or Certified Quality Engineer certification with significant engineering work history. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a regulated industry. Demonstrated ability to mentor team members in the use of statistical methods, including trend analysis, Pareto charts and other data analysis techniques. Demonstrated ability to mentor team members in structured problem-solving methodologies to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions. Ability to travel up to 10%. Master of Business Administration. Strong verbal and written communication skills, both technical and conversational. Demonstrated decision-making and negotiation skills, independently and within cross-functional teams. Experience managing multiple projects across diverse organizational disciplines. Audit experience serving as a technical lead.
