BS degree in Mechanical Engineering Successful history of launching and maintaining products within the medical device industry Experience through the stages of medical device product development Demonstrate a keen interest in EP, workflows, clinical features, and user experience. Strong cross-functional collaboration, influence without authority, and project/task management skills. Passion for understanding and solving problems for end users. Ability to provide technical leadership as it relates to product and process design Ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on technical inputs from multiple and varied sources. Excellent organizational, communication and collaboration skills. 5+ years' experience managing technical teams in the development of medical devices. Class II or Class III Medical Device product development experience with experience in functional project planning.
