Senior ReactJS Software Engineer

Aryza are seeking a highly skilled Senior ReactJS Developer to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in front-end development and architecture, combined with excellent communication and collaboration abilities. You will play a key role in designing and building scalable, high-performance front-end solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our digital products.As part of an agile development team you will work closely with our development and product teams and play a key role in defining and shaping new features and products. This is an exciting opportunity for highly motivated individuals to work in a rapidly expanding company.
 
Reporting to the Development Managers, this is a hybrid permanent position based in our Dublin 15 office in Blanchardstown Corporate Park.

• Technical Expertise:
  • 5+ years of professional experience with ReactJS, including state management libraries (e.g., Redux).
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
  • Familiarity with TypeScript and Component-Based Architecture.
  • Experience with front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress).
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma and Storybook an advantage
• Front-End Architecture:
  • Proven experience designing scalable and maintainable front-end architectures.
  • Understanding of micro-frontends and modular design principles is a plus.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable leading technical discussions and presenting ideas to stakeholders.
  • Having the ability to mentor less experienced team members
• Problem-Solving:
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex challenges.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
