Salary :
As Zoox embarks on expanding our fleet of robotaxis, the development of the infrastructure to support our fleet will continue to be a critical first step in expansion. In the role of Senior Real Estate Capacity & Topology Planner, you will be responsible for accurately modeling and tracking capacity needs for all new and expanded service markets. The candidate will need to be highly analytical with the ability to condense inputs from multiple sources in order to develop a consolidated model of future capacity needs.
In this role, you will:
- Maintain an understanding of Zoox’s current deployed fleet as well as future projected growth
- Act as the primary planner and tracker for Zoox Service & Maintenance location and capacity planning
- Work in conjunction with Zoox Strategy, Go-To-Market, and Fleet Operations Teams to define and update long-term capacity requirements.
- Develop robust models to clearly evaluate and communicate capacity requirements to stakeholders and leadership
- Track high-level progress of all Operations Infrastructure projects to confirm alignment against anticipated fleet sizing, flagging misalignments or risks to leadership
- Work with Zoox Operations teams to continually evaluate and refine capacity ratio targets against projected fleet counts
- Make recommendations to Capital Projects team on sizing, scope, and location of future projects
- Help prioritize projects based on balancing short and long-term company milestones
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related degree
- Minimum of 8 years experience in a capacity planning or operations analytics-related field
- Ability to create robust and dynamic models in excel, Google Sheets or other software programs
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity and consolidate multiple data points into a single model
- Ability to create professional, executive-level presentations
- Ability to clearly present complicated data and points of view to cross-functional teams, including senior leadership.

- Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
- Direct experience in the EV or Autonomous Vehicle Industry
$163,000 - $196,000 a year
Base Salary Range
There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. The listed range applies only to the base salary. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
