Job Summary

The Senior Recruiter plays a crucial role in the organization by developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse and skilled pool of qualified talent. This role will be responsible for leading and executing the full recruitment cycle to acquire top-tier talent across various departments within the organization. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and onboard qualified candidates who align with our company culture and values. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment in talent acquisition, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The hiring range for this position is $55-$60,000 annually.

Requirements

Duties & Functions

Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans to fill open positions efficiently and effectively.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, interviews, and reference checks, to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for Corporate and admin positions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Partner with internal stakeholders to streamline recruitment processes and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Partner with Field Talent Acquisition Coordinator to ensure openings are being filled timely.
Organize, advertise and hold hiring events as needed in all locations.
Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire.
Own and present a Recruitment Scorecard for our Operations team.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment technology, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Standards

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (Paylocity is preferred but not required) and other recruitment technology platforms.
Passion for recruitment metrics and data, and a strong partnership with the business.
Bilingual is preferred
