About the opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to come join our growing team! Jerry is building the first AllCar™ super app to help people save time and money on their car — one of their most expensive assets and a $2T market in the U.S. We are leveraging technology and machine learning to help people optimize every aspect of owning a car including buy and sell, insurance, financing, safety, maintenance, repairs, and more. Since we launched our app in 2019, we have amassed over 4M customers, raised $240MM in funding, scaled our revenue 40X and our team to 280 across 7 countries.

Reporting directly to one of our cofounders, you will partner closely with senior leaders and own experienced roles across R&D and G&A in the U.S. and Canada. How you will make an impact:

• Own full cycle recruiting across a variety of business areas including product management, software engineering, data science, product design/research, marketing, communications, creative production, legal, editorial content, human resources, finance and operations

• Work closely with our hiring leaders in the U.S, and Canada to develop effective recruiting strategies to meet our teams' ongoing growth needs

• Mentor and support junior team members on the recruiting team

• Continuously review, reflect and iterate on our recruiting and interviewing practices to ensure we are utilizing our team's time efficiently without sacrificing quality

Ideal profile:

• A few years of recruiting experience, having worked on a variety of roles (it's not important to us how many years you've been doing this, we want to know that you can thrive in unfamiliar territory)

• Track record of being successful in a high velocity, demanding environment

• Bachelors Degree; ideally in an intellectually rigorous discipline
