At Joss Search, we recruit EAs, PAs, Chiefs of Staff, HR, and Operations professionals into Private Equity and Alternative Investments firms. Our New York team is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant.

What You’ll Do

• Inherit and grow client relationships in the FS space.
• Build your desk through new business development. Own the clients you win.
• Deliver a consultative, high-touch service to clients and candidates.

What You Bring

• Proven success in a recruitment agency environment.
• 360 recruitment experience is essential (including Business Development).
• Experience in placing administrative, operations or HR support (highly beneficial).
• Experience recruiting into financial services (highly beneficial).
• A relationship-first mindset and a drive to deliver results.
