DESCRIPTION
Auditing and monitoring of physician contracts/agreements. Reviewing and assessing compensation of agreements/contracts by benchmarking and making sure it is Fair Market Value, as well as assessing compliance with the Stark and or the Anti-Kickback Statute; to assess compliance with terms of the contract in reviewing physician compensation.
Incumbent you will need to have a knowledgeable background in Fair Market Value, benchmarking and Physician Compensation within contracts and agreements as well as auditing and monitoring of them in healthcare compliance
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Seven (7) years of related experience, education/training,
OR
a Bachelor's degree in related area plus three years of related experience/training. Related experience: healthcare compliance, auditing and monitoring of contracts and agreements.
Experience and proven success in federal and state laws pertaining to privacy and information security (including HIPAA, the Information Practices Act, and Confidentiality of Medical Information Act) and medical center policies.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Certified in Healthcare Compliance.
Certified in Healthcare Privacy and Security (CHPS)
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.

Pay Transparency Act
Annual Full Pay Range: $82,500 - $151,500 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)
Hourly Equivalent: $39.51 - $72.56
Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable).
