Senior Reliability Consultant

Novaspect, Inc., an Emerson Impact Partner, the global leader of automation systems and solutions, is currently offering an opportunity for a Senior Reliability Consultant to join our fast paced, customer-oriented team. We need someone w will play a pivotal role in extending the useful life of our clients' assets, enhancing performance, and increasing equipment availability.

Senior Reliability Consultant Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support clients in the overall management of their assets, providing added value beyond consulting costs
• Conduct reliability audits and analyze results to protect and extend clients' assets, presenting the value of the approach at all decision-making levels to implement a reliability strategy
• Develop and implement reliability maintenance strategies and specific management tools for programs or equipment to enhance operational performance
• Ensure the implementation of reliability improvement programs, such as conditional monitoring programs, including vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound analysis, and oil analysis
• Demonstrate a passion for helping companies optimize processes and develop to their full potential

 Senior Reliability Consultant Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• 15 - 20 years of relevant experience in reliability and asset management within an industrial environment, including consulting experience
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities, with a proven track record of influencing others to adopt best practices
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
• Experience in managing the implementation of best practices in asset management or enhancing reliability programs in the industry
• Proficiency is written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with the following methodologies or tools; criticality analysis, FMEA, PMO, RCM, MRO, ODR, RCA, CMMS
• CMRP certification or equivalent is an important asset

 Senior Reliability Consultant Additional Requirements:

• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time throughout the Midwest Territory
• Current Driver’s License
• Ability to comply with customer site safety regulations
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and extended hours

 Senior Reliability Consultant Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in loud industrial environment

 Senior Reliability Consultant Pay:

• Base Salary Range: $135,000 - $165,000
• Potential Bonus: 5%
