Pollard & Associates (Pollard), a Strongpoint Partner, is seeking an experienced Senior Plan Administrator. The Senior Plan Administrator is responsible for overseeing a caseload of clients, including managing annual workflow/administrative deadlines, compliance testing, contribution calculations, government reporting, and responding to day-to-day client inquiries. This position will perform all levels of compliance testing and government reporting, and provide guidance to clients on plan design, contribution structure, and evolving legislative requirements. This is a great opportunity for a motivated candidate who wants to further their knowledge of qualified plan design, compliance and administration, and support all sides of a growing financial services firm. This individual must have strong project management skills, a high level of comfort with technology, and the personality to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment by being adaptable, creative, proactive, and eager to grow in this position as it evolves with the growth of the company.

At Strongpoint Partners, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package of $80,000-90,000 including base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
