This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager - REMOTE. This role is critical in transforming the healthcare landscape by partnering with sales and account management to optimize commercial processes. The Revenue Operations Manager will play a key role in driving growth strategies and ensuring data-driven decisions are made for the company. By effectively managing workflows and supporting the revenue strategy, this position will significantly impact the overall success of our partner's mission in healthcare.
Accountabilities
- Own, monitor, and evaluate key workflows related to sales, account management, and customer success.
- Develop logical frameworks and address individual and thematic issues as they arise.
- Manage ad-hoc data analysis to support revenue strategies.
- Serve as the first escalation point for issues related to revenue teams.
- Integrate people, process, and system strategies to drive revenue objectives.
- Establish and track key performance metrics for the revenue organization.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Administrator to optimize tools for commercial teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity OR 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles.
- MBA or STEM-related advanced degree preferred, with business or STEM undergraduate degree required.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize insights from complex data.
- High proficiency in Excel; experience with analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau is a plus.
- Experience designing processes for large enterprises or high-growth startups.
- Strong communication skills with ability to present to all organization levels.
- Strong business writing skills for detailed documentation.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to team success.
