The Senior Risk Claims Manager plays a key role in leading and supporting department activities related to insurance and risk management. This position oversees both the General Liability and Workers’ Compensation teams to ensure all claim activity is handled efficiently and accurately. Strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to providing leadership, structure, and outstanding customer service are essential for success.

What it takes:
- Bachelor’s Degree, 10+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior management experience
- Understanding/knowledge of OSHA standards and use of OSHA logs
- Knowledge of Workers Compensation and Liability Claims
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven, and an acceptable driving record as determined by Michels Review Team.
