United Roofing & Exteriors is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Roofing Senior Project Consultant to help drive sales daily in the work field.
Job Description
- Canvassing doors in local neighborhoods to schedule courtesy roof inspections. File claims related to wind and hail.
- Schedule and Inspect company provided leads (Marketing & Call Center)
- Proactively seeking and identifying new business opportunities through referrals, provided leads, and canvassing.
- Assist homeowners in handling insurance claims due to storm damage.
- Motivate team to reach sales goals and expectations set by leadership.
- Preparing and delivering educated sales presentations, showcasing the benefits of our products and services.
- Collaborating with leadership on the team’s profitability and goals.
- Schedule and Inspect Roof, Siding, Gutter, and Windows for all homeowners
- Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 am-6:00 pm
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in direct sales, management, and/or outside sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with potential customers and inspire your team.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing schedules, territories, and lead tracking effectively.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and adjust strategies accordingly for continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with the roofing or construction industry is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Demonstrated success in a direct sales role (preferably within the construction or roofing industry) with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Excellent communication and active listening abilities with strong negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering outstanding results.
- Comfortable with face-to-face interactions and engaging with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
