Senior Sales Associate

The Senior Sales Associate lead associates by example by demonstrating excellent customer service, training new employees, implementing selling techniques, and striving to improve team efficiency.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Consistently practice the highest level of customer service with both guests and employees.


• Foster a positive work environment among team members through encouragement, mentoring, and training.


• Have a strong understanding of POS system and Retail procedures to assist fellow employees as needed.


• Collaborate with Retail Leads to encourage excellent customer service while efficiently meeting sales goals.


• Assist in any area of guest services as assigned, including, but not limited to concessions, merchandise, almond stations, theater carts, and usher.


• Support Visual Merchandiser with displays, stocking, and procedural development.


• Equipped to fill in in Retail Lead's absence, and competently perform within all areas of Guest Services.


• All other duties as assigned.

Prerequisites:

• Strong problem solving and multi-tasking ability


• Excellent customer service skills


• Guest focused, proactive, ability to resolve conflict, desire to learn, accountable


• Competent in cash handling
