Our client, a leader in the transportation/logistics industry, is looking to hire seasoned Sales & Business Development Reps to join their dynamic team!
This can be a remote position (from anywhere in the USA) for someone with 15-20+ years of industry sales experience and for someone who comes with a solid book of business.
For less seasoned sales reps, this will be an on-site position, in their Chattanooga, TN office.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Identifying companies experiencing challenges with their supply chain transportation network and presenting the company’s suite of services and expertise
- Reaching out to new clients as well as existing clients
- Setting up discovery calls and either TEAMS/ZOOM meeting or sometimes in-person meetings with prospective clients
Here's what we're looking for:
- Dynamic and motivated personality
- Hunter mentality - takes pride in continuously growing their business
- Experience or knowledge in logistics, transportation, carrier sales, supply chain, trucking and/or freight
- Solid experience in a 3PL sales role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ease in speaking with clients at all levels, up to C-Suite executives and Fortune 500 companies
Base Salary (ranging between 75-100K base, depending on experience and achievements) + 10% commission, full benefits
