Position Summary:
The Sales Development Manager for the Sales Development team at Perforce is searching for a Senior Sales Development Representative to join the team. The Senior Sales Development Representative at Perforce will act as a leader on the team in work ethic, strategic prospecting, and consistent pipeline generation. While focusing on prospecting and lead generation, this Senior SDR role will also act as a mentor, share best practices, creative outreach ideas, and help elevate team performance.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads for the sales team
- Qualify leads based on established criteria
- Conduct initial outreach activities via phone, email, and social media
- Maintain and update prospect databases in CRM systems
- Assist in scheduling meetings between qualified leads and sales representatives
- Learn and apply basic sales development techniques and strategies
- Support the sales development team in various administrative tasks and mentorship
- May be required to support additional products/brands as required.
Requirements:
- systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques
- Basic understanding of social selling platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or Google Workspace
- Basic data entry and database management skills
- Fundamental understanding of sales processes and terminology
- Basic phone and email communication tools
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or similar prospecting role
$52,500 - $72,000 a year
The base pay range targeted for this role is $47,500 - $52,500 USD. This position will be eligible for a Sales Commission Plan.

The actual offer will depend on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s education, skills, qualifications, depth of experience and other relevant business considerations.
