We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Sales and Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our company's sales strategies and operational excellence across the USA market. This senior position is designed for a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in sales leadership and operational management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, optimizing our sales processes, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to increase market share and revenue. Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to enhance revenue and growth. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Performance Management: Set performance goals, monitor progress, and implement strategies to achieve desired outcomes. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Product Development) to ensure alignment and cohesiveness in achieving the company's objectives. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and operational efficiency to senior management. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales and operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the USA market dynamics and customer base. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
