Remuneration: $120,000 - $140,000 + bonuses

The role of the Senior Sales Manager – Aftermarket & E-Commerce (Washrooms)will involve:

Sales Manager position selling a manufactured range of visual display products, portioning systems, cubicles and washroom accessories such as: access areas, partition systems, custom cubicles, washroom panelling, lockers, benches, door hardware
be given key accounts to manage
Work with Independent Sales Representatives (Brokers) to manage regional key account locations, call centers and other selected opportunities
Work with National Sales Manager to support regional, national key account initiatives and programs
Provide direction, clear objectives, support and sales techniques, including training for distributor sales people and selected field aftermarket sales reps
Works with the National Sales Manager to drive sales and tactical directives to all key Aftermarket, MRO and E-commerce account groups.

The ideal applicant will be a Senior Sales Manager – Aftermarket & E-Commerce (Washrooms) with:

Must have national key accounts / sales management experience
Experience with Aftermarket, MRO and E-commerce customers
Experience managing an independent rep network, across a region or nationally
Strong leadership skills, strategic goal planning and achievement and business management skills
Experience in key account management planning and growth at the national level
