Job Description - Senior Sales Manager (Wholesale Cosmetics)

As our Senior Manager, you will:

Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders to enhance our market presence.
Lead and inspire our sales team to implement cutting-edge strategies and achieve exceptional results.
Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring optimal conversion rates.
Collaborate seamlessly across departments to deliver seamless execution of business development initiatives.
Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry dynamics and competitor activities to guide strategic decision-making.
Provide insightful reports and presentations on business development progress and outcomes to senior leadership.

We're seeking a seasoned professional with:

Proven track record in driving business development in a dynamic environment.
Strong background in account management, sales, or strategic business growth.
Proven track record in developing new accounts and driving sales growth to major retailers.
Ability to translate data-driven insights into impactful strategies that drive revenue growth.
Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and expanding market share.
Preferably, experience in technology sales or similar sectors.
Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce.

Compensation Package:

Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
Performance Bonuses: Our performance-based bonus structure is designed to reward your success and drive results. With this structure, you have the potential to

earn over $140,000

in total yearly compensation based on achieving set targets and exceeding expectations.
