About the job: We are searching for a seasoned sales professional in the Sacramento area that has 10+ years of sales experience in the restoration industry or adjacent industries dealing with facility/operations directors for large properties. This high-level role will be responsible for supporting target sales developments for remediation services, collaborating with senior leaders for strategy, and developing revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and restoration (or adjacent industries), solid experience leading teams, and collaborating with many types of people.
What you’ll do:
· Provide excellent representation of our brand and target commercial accounts that value high-delivery service.
· Be able to sell and present to senior executives, including the VP of operations.
· Support target sales development within assigned territories for remediation services across various industry segments.
· Collaborate with upper management on sales strategy, sales roles and compensation structures.
· Participate and help drive innovative solutions strategies at round table discussions
· Setting and managing calendars for events to be attended by our team for regional brand development.
· Tracking month and quarterly objectives.
· Review proposals with the operations manager prior to sending.
· Capture the proper gross profit set by Critical Control
· Manage the nurturing of all sales and ensure conversion rates are achieved
· You have ten or more years' experience in sales with a background in cost, call centers, lead generation, selling products and services etc.
· Strong background in developing and executing sales strategies within the restoration or adjacent industries, such as assisted living, pest control, HVAC, maintenance and operations of properties, and others.
· Strong relationships with prospective clients at the Director or VP level
· Based in or willing to relocate to the Sacramento area.
· Willingness to travel within assigned territories as needed to support sales efforts.
· Proven track record of successful sales performance and revenue growth in high-delivery service environments.
· Expertise in collaborating with upper management on sales strategy, role definition, and compensation structures.
· Ability to understand and apply value-based sales.
· Ability to collaborate with operations managers and other team members to ensure alignment on proposals and sales objectives.
· Strong organizational skills to manage calendars for events and regional brand development activities.
· Experience in setting, tracking, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
· Competitive salary of $100,000 - $150,000K with generous commission
