Are you a forward-thinking, detail-oriented recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments? At PartsSource, we’re building a world-class sales team—and we’re looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for revenue-impacting roles across the U.S.


In this critical role, you’ll partner closely with sales leaders and key stakeholders to ensure every hire aligns with our performance expectations, culture, and time-to-impact goals. As part of a private equity–backed, growth-focused company, your ability to execute with precision, optimize processes, and attract top sales talent will directly impact business performance.


What You’ll Do


As a Senior Sales Recruiter, you’ll drive the process and rigor behind hiring exceptional sales talent—from entry-level SDRs to experienced business developers and account executives. You will facilitate structured recruiting engagements that prioritize data, alignment, and quality of hire, with a strong focus on time-to-fill and downstream performance.


 


Key Responsibilities



  1. Full-Cycle Sales Recruitment 



  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for SDR, Business Development, and Account Management roles.

  • Build and execute sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, and outbound channels.

  • Create compelling, role-specific job postings and outreach messaging.


 



  1. Process & Operational Rigor



  • Facilitate structured intake, calibration, and feedback sessions to drive alignment.

  • Maintain data accuracy and workflow consistency in Greenhouse ATS.

  • Track and optimize key metrics like time-to-fill and funnel conversion.


 



  1. Stakeholder Partnership & Alignment



  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales leaders and hiring managers on talent strategy.

  • Share market data, candidate insights, and process recommendations.

  • Ensure interview teams are trained and aligned on evaluation criteria.


 



  1. Candidate Experience & Market Intelligence



  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience with clarity, speed, and professionalism.

  • Support interview scheduling, offer strategy, and candidate communications.

  • Monitor talent trends and competitor activity to adjust hiring plans.


 


Who We Want to Meet


Experience & Qualifications



  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with 3+ years focused on sales roles

  • Deep understanding of sales profiles, selling motions, and incentive compensation structures (base, variable, OTE).

  • Proven track record sourcing and closing passive talent in competitive or high-growth markets.

  • Strong fluency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing tools.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.


 


Bonus Points If You:



  • Have 5K+ LinkedIn connections and a strong online sourcing brand.

  • Are a Greenhouse superuser or have built reporting dashboards and workflows.

  • Experience hiring in PE-backed, med tech, healthcare, or tech-enabled companies.
