Responsibilities:

• Manage full life cycle recruiting for fast-paced, high-growth business units, primarily focusing on software engineering, product development, and technology-focused roles.
• Coordinate recruitment process with leaders to identify best-in-class diverse talent, ensuring consistency and equitability.
• Drive and manage the interview and selection process, collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet company objectives and legal guidelines.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and Human Resources Business Partners, serving as a subject matter expert for specialized talent acquisition needs.
• Utilize creative sourcing techniques, including internet mining, cold calling, and community programs, to attract top candidates.
• Ensure a diverse talent pool is sourced, assessed, and presented for open positions, promoting inclusivity and diversity in hiring practices.
• Build and maintain a candidate database for current and anticipated staffing needs, utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems to maintain accurate data for reporting purposes.
• Serve as an employment brand ambassador, both internally and externally, promoting the company's values and culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in a related discipline and 6 years experience in a related field. Alternatively, a master s degree and 4 years of experience, a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience, or 10 years of experience in a related field may be considered.
• Solid experience recruiting for sales roles with compensation plans, preferably in software, cloud provider, or managed services industries.
• Strong client-service orientation with proven ability to partner with business leaders to successfully drive talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo, Workday, Kenexa BrassRing, iCIMS, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and presentation skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and report performance data effectively.
