Position Overview:
As a
Professional Sales Representative
, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential customers in the comfort of their homes. You'll be the face of our company, presenting our products/services, understanding customer needs, and closing sales deals. This role offers the opportunity to work independently, grow with the company, and earn uncapped commissions.
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Representative:
Conduct in-home sales presentations to showcase our products/services.
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and tailor presentations accordingly.
Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and contribute to overall sales strategy.
Qualifications of a Sales Representative
:
Proven experience in direct sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Reliable transportation for in-home visits.
Evening hours and Saturdays are required.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Compensation for a Sales Representative:
Competitive base salary
Uncapped commission and bonuses
Average earning potential: $90,000-$165,000
